We adhere to principles of avoiding collection and minimization of data. Personal data transmitted to us through our website is stored only until implementation of the purpose, for which they were provided to us. Since it is necessary to observe the statutory storage time, data in our system is blocked and used exclusively as intended.


  • When visiting the website

When you visit our website, information from the browser installed at your devise is automatically sent to our website server.  This information is temporarily stored in the log file. The following data will be registered without your intervention and saved until automatic deletion:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Access date and time,
  • Name and URL of the requested file,
  • A website, from which the access (referring URL) is performed,
  • A browser used and, if necessary, an operating system of your computer and your Internet service provider.


The above-mentioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring uninterrupted connection with the website,
  • Ensuring comfortable use of our website,
  • Evaluation of stability and safety of the system,
  • Statistical analysis (for example, the frequency of use, the server load),
  • and for any other administrative purposes.

The legal grounds for data processing shall be Art. 6, par. 1, page 1, let. f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). Our legitimate interest is arising out of the above-mentioned data collection objectives. We will in no case use your personal data in order to draw conclusions on your personality for our own purposes.

  • When subscribing to newsletter from Alberten Cardiovascular Center


Newsletter from the cardiovascular center: We use your email address solely for the regular sending of news to you, only in case you provide us, in accordance with Art. 6, par. 1, page 1, let. a of DSGVO, with your express consent in a form of a so-called procedure for confirming the subscription to newsletter (Double-Opt-in). It is enough to specify your email address in order to receive news.

Newsletter2Go is used as the newsletter software. Your data is then transferred to Newsletter2Go GmbH. At the same time, Newsletter2Go is prohibited from selling your data and using it otherwise than except for transmission of news. Newsletter2Go is a German certified operator, which was selected in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act.


You may unsubscribe at any time, for example, using the link at the end of each news mailing. Alternatively, you can send your unsubscription request at any time by email to


  • When subscribing to Albertinen Academy Newsletter


Users, who register on Albertinen Academy website for training, get an opportunity to subscribe, at the time of online registration, for receipt of more information from Albertinen Academy. Despite of using your email for the course planning, we use your email solely for providing you with promotional information of Albertinen Academy, in case you provided us with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6, par. 1, page 1, let. a of DSGVO, for this purpose. Information contained in registration for courses is sufficient for that purpose; additional information is not registered.


To ensure consistent newsletter, we use the procedure for confirming the subscription to the newsletter (Double-Opt-in). In this case, the potential recipient shall be introduced in the register of recipients of advertising. The user shall be further provided with an opportunity to confirm the registration in the confirmation email. Email address shall be activated and introduced in the registry only after confirmation. Your data will be administered in Serminarsoftware easySoft, which is hosted by EasySoft GmbH. We have a Data Protection Agreement concluded with the software company in accordance with DSGVO, which ensures that EasySoft will never use files for its own purposes or for purposes of any third parties. Any further use or sale of data is excluded.   • When using our feedback form

In case you have any questions of any kind, we offer you an opportunity to contact us using the feedback form posted on the website. To do this, you only need to specify a valid email address so that we know from whom the request was sent, and to respond to this form. Additional information regarding the will to introduce a record in the section of Volksdorf Kindergarten Non-Commercial Organization may be made voluntarily.


Data processing for the purpose of making contact with us shall be performed in accordance with Art. 6, par. 1, page 1, let. a of DSGVO subject to your consent provided for on a voluntarily basis.
Personal data received by us upon registration of the feedback form is automatically deleted after completion of your request.


  • When using online registration at Albertinen Academy


You may make an online booking of educational events with specification of extra mandatory fields in the section of Academy Albertinen. Thus, in addition to data related to courses, personal data and email address shall be also registered.


To ensure consistent newsletter, we use the procedure for confirming the subscription to the newsletter (Double-Opt-in). The User shall register in here for the educational event. The user shall be further provided with an opportunity to confirm the registration in the confirmation email. Registration with the above-mentioned data shall be transferred to Albertinen Academy, registered and administered in Serminarsoftware easySoft only upon receipt of the confirmation. Since the software data is kept by easySoft GmbH, we have a Data Protection Agreement concluded with the software company in accordance with DSGVO, which ensures that EasySoft will never use files for its own purposes or for purposes of any third parties. Any further use or sale of data is excluded.


Your information on performance of the booked training shall be kept by us for ten years. We consider it as a service, because we are constantly receiving requests in case of loss of documents.


If you wish to remove it prematurely, please send a message to In any case, your data will be kept by us for accounting until expiration of the statutory term.

  • When using our online questionnaire


You may submit an online CV through the HR portal section of the website, where the transferred data shall be stored for the duration of the CV procedure. Pursuant to the General principle of equality before the law, there is a legitimate interest in storing transmitted documents upon completion of the CV procedure within four months (at least) and six months (at most). Data shall not be deleted in case there is no obligation to store it, and documents shall be no longer used as intended.


Documents for employment shall be transferred to third parties only subject to the written consent of a candidate.


Your personal data may not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those specified herein. We transfer your personal data to third parties only in following cases:

  • Pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, page 1, let. a of DSGVO, you provided us with your express consent
  • for the transmission, or, pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, page 1, let. f of DSGVO, such transmission is required for establishing, fulfilling or protecting legal requirements, and there is no reason to believe that you have the prevailing legitimate interest in non-disclosure of your data,
  • in case there is a legal obligation for such transmission, pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, page 1, let. c of DSGVO, and
  • such transmission is permitted by law and will be required for establishing contractual relations with you, pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, page 1, let. b of DSGVO.

Tracking tools
Tracking measures listed below and used by us pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, page 1, let. f of DSGVO. By using tracking measures, we want to ensure the structure consistent with our needs and sequential optimization of our website.

Secondly, we use tracking measures for statistics of our website use and for optimization of our offer. These interests shall be considered as legitimate in terms of the above-mentioned regulation.

Relevant processing objectives and data categories are received from the relevant tracking tools.


We also use Google Conversion Tracking in order to collect statistics of visiting our website and to optimize our website.

In this case, Google Adwords (see clause 4) shall send a Cookie file to your computer, in case you visited our website through the Google search system.

These cookies become null upon expiration of 30 days and may not be further used for personal identification. In case the user visits certain pages of the Adwords client's website and in case the Cookie file has not expired yet, then Google and the client can recognize that the user clicked on the advertising and was redirected to this page.

Each Adwords client receives a different Cookie file. Therefore, Adwords clients may not track Cookie files through the website. Data collected with these Cookies serves to generate statistics for Adwords clients, who decided to use the conversion tracking. Adwords clients receive information on the total number of users, who clicked on their advertising and were redirected to a page equipped with the conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information, which may help to identify the user.
